Our natural decaf uses solvent produced from sugar cane made through controlled fermentation of sugarcane molasses.
The water used in the decaffeination process is taken from a natural spring not from the tap, since the chemicals found in tap water can alter coffee.
The process is done in a state of the art decaffeination plant in Manizales, Colombia where Selecto coffee has its headquarters.
It is hard to tell it is decaffeinated because we take care not to lose all of the special characteristics of coffee in the process.
